1936 Delahaye 135s Figoni and Falaschi

A 1936 Delahaye 135 S   Competition  court   Figoni and Falaschi  teardrop  coupe. This  one of the great Delahayes. A  figoni and Falaschi body made of light aluminum on a competition chassis. The engine is one of the Lemans spec  engines with 9.5 to 1 compression. This car is also equipped with a Cotal electromagnetic racing gearbox with 4th gear overdrive (MK33SS). The 3 first owners of this car were Delahaye race drivers  Chaboud and Tremoulet won Lemans in 1938 and both were owners of this car. The restoration is done to concours standards and has been invited to Pebble Beach in 2010. A great opportunity for a discriminating collector.
